It is that time of the year when most in New York State are getting ready for the time change, Halloween and even looking ahead to the Holidays. However, you are running out of time on a promise you made over 200 days ago.

The fall is here and this is arguably the best time to live, work and play in New York State. The fall colors, weather and events make being in the Empire State in the fall ideal.

But before we know it, a new year will be here and you will run out of time on the resolutions you made at midnight on January 1st.

With around 71 days, at the time of this article being published, left in 2024, NOW is the time to make the improvements you promised at the start of the year. I believe that is truly is never to late to get started. Perhaps you went with the top, trendy, resolutions? From quitting smoking, to eating better or saving money, there are endless options when it comes to making your life better.

But the truth is that most who DO start on their resolutions, like going to the gym, give up after a few weeks. Perhaps it is a burnout factor or the schedule just gets way too busy to keep up? Regardless of the reason, you can still get back on that proverbial horse and cross the end of the year finish line with confidence.

2025 will be interesting to say the least. As we wait to see who will be the next president, it is also not too early to get those resolutions on the map.
