Amherst Police Looking For Missing 84 Year Old With Dementia

Amherst Police have released a Missing Person Alert for 84 year old Ferdinand E. Phillips. Phillips has dementia and was last seen yesterday afternoon by his family.

Phillips may be driving a gray, four door, Ford Fusion with a blue and white license plate DPJ 5178.
