A couple of weeks ago, a bear was spotted on the border of Cheektowaga and Depew.

Now, a bear has been spotted and captured wandering through a West Seneca neighborhood.
According to WKBW, the West Seneca Police Department is cautioning residents because of a black bear that has been seen roaming through neighborhoods.
The bear was reportedly sighted Thursday night near East and West Road and last seen near Nina Terrace.

The police urge you never to approach a bear and you can help by not keeping food sources out in your front or back yards.
