The Buffalo Bills were part of one of the greatest football games that have ever been played.
I’m sure you know the story by now. The Bills had two all-time amazing drives led by our quarterback Josh Allen, which put the Bills up 29-26, keeping the hopes high on that soul-crushing day January 23. The Buffalo Bills were leading the game, going into the final 13 seconds, with a score of 36-33, but in the few remaining seconds left in regulation,, the Chiefs tied up the game with a field goal by Harrison Butker.
And then…you know what happened. The Chiefs won the game in overtime after winning the coin toss and scoring a touchdown on the first drive.
Although it was a rough following week for the Bills Mafia, you have to admit: that was a phenomenal game. One of the best games in our lifetimes, that’s for sure, and now it is forever written that way in history.
The AFC playoff game between the Buffalo Bills and the Kansas City Chiefs snagged the best game award in this year's ESPYs.
It was a remarkably hard-fought game against the Chiefs, and although the Bills lost last year, that is a match that will live in our heads forever as fuel to get our first championship win.
