The Buffalo Bills are knee-deep into draft coverage for the 2022 NFL Draft by this point, as today was the final day for top 30 pre-draft visits.

After today’s meeting with the Buffalo media, general manager Brandon Beane will go back with his front office staff, scouts and coaches to piece together their big board and focus on who are the players they will target throughout the draft.

Everyone is trying to figure out what the Bills will focus on with the 25th overall pick next Thursday night, and today, Beane may have given some insights on what the Bills are thinking.

Beane addressed the concerns fans and media have on cornerback, but Beane doesn’t believe if they don’t get a corner early, they won’t get a good one later on…

Cornerback is maybe the most popular position gang fans are mocking to the Bills at 25, but this might say Beane would prefer a skill position like wide receiver or even running back with their first pick, even if it’s a trade-back, which is possible given Beane’s further comments on this draft.

Besne said he “definitely” doesn’t have 32 first round grades this year.

It’s not a super strong draft. Much of the value appears to be in that 15-35 range.

I would be shocked if the Bills did not pick a WR with the first two picks. Running back I expect to be taken before round 5 as well. Keep an eye on Breece Hall from Iowa State early or Rachaad White from Arizona State on. Both have a burst and great vision; they also are great at catching the ball, especially White.

Should be fun to see.
