Buffalo Bills Made Two Roster Moves Ahead Of Jets Game
The special teams room will look much different this week at One Bills Drive than it did before Sunday's home opener.
Buffalo Bills Make Two Roster Moves
It is official, kicker Matt Prater. Prater hit the game-winning field goal in the Bills' week 1 win over the Baltimore Ravens. He was a perfect 3 for 3 on field goal attempts and hit both of his extra points as well.

The Bills also moved on from Punter Brad Robbins, who was the worst-rated punter in the league after week 1. Robbins had four punts in the Bills' win over Baltimore with an average of 39.5 yards per punt.
To replace Robbins, the Bills signed Cameron Johnston. Johnston has been in the league since 2017 and has punted for three teams during his career.
- Philadelphia Eagles (2017–2020)
- Houston Texans (2021–2023)
- Pittsburgh Steelers (2024)
Here is hoping that we won't see a lot of Johnston during the Jets game or for the rest of the season. The less we see of him, the more that means the Bills' offense is doing something right.
The Bills travel to New Jersey to take on the Jets this Sunday. Kick-off is set for 1 pm.
