Buffalo Sabres Recall Past On Fan Appreciation Night

Instead of scoring goals and winning hockey games, the Buffalo Sabres instead will show their appreciation to their fans by giving away a Domink Hasek bobblehead.  That's the main giveaway during Fan Appreciation night during the Sabres final home game of the season Wednesday night against the Ottawa Senators. 

Every fan in attendance will receive a Dominik Hasek bobblehead as they enter the arena.  The Hasek bobblehead was chosen by a fan vote earlier in the season.

Another fan favorite is the Back Off My Back promotion in which players will present game-worn Winter Classic jerseys to select season ticket holders after the game.

Based on video submissions, the Sabres will honor The Fan of the Year.  That fan will participate in the ceremonial opening faceoff.

Concession stands will be offering 3-dollar hot dogs, soft pretzels, tubs of popcorn and soft drinks in Sabres souvenir cups.  The Sabres Store will give fans 40 percent off their entire purchase on Wednesday.
