Buffalo Sabres Say NO MASK NEEDED in Key Bank Center
The Buffalo Sabres have said that you will NOT need a mask while going to a game at the Key Bank Center. Erie County Executive, Mark Poloncarz, suddenly announced on Monday afternoon that he has placed a mask mandate in place in Erie County, meaning masks must be worn in all public places. On the Erie County Health Department Facebook post this morning. That includes 'ice rinks'. But, not the Buffalo Sabres ice rink to be clear.
In their 'Health and Safety' portion on their website, it very lays out the details that they have for attending a Buffalo Sabres game at the Key Bank Center. "Due to the vaccination requirement, the Erie County indoor mask mandate beginning November 23rd does NOT apply to KeyBank Center. Masks are optional for patrons over 12 years old but strongly encouraged", it says on the Sabres website.
