The first ever Cheez-It diner is open in New York State for one week only, according to Food And Wine.

In the past, there have been pop-up ranch dive bars, Luke Combs museums, and so much more in New York – now we can add the Cheez-It diner to the list!

This retro diner will serve cheesy shakes, burgers, and biscuits, with the entire menu focused on cheesy, salty baked snack crackers…and yes, that includes dessert!

A Cheezburger - pimento cheese, lettuce, pickles, and an “Extra Big Cheez-It cracker”
A cracker-crusted Big Grilled Cheez sandwich
Cheezy Chicky Tendies coated in Cheez-It crumbs
Baked white cheddar Mac & Cheez-It with a Cheez-It cracker crumble

Ooo…and for dessert? You could order a Sweet-N-Salty Cheezcake, and that has a cracker crust with caramel drizzle and large sized Cheez-It crackers.
