It’s January and snowing today so you’re probably not thinking about June yet or maybe you are because you hate winter. Regardless June is a big month for country music with shows like our Taste of Country (lineup announced Tuesday morning at 7:20) and the big CMA Festival in Music City. The event formally known as fan fair, has announced some of the performers that have signed on to play at LP Field in Nashville. Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Faith Hill, Lady Antebellum, Brad Paisley and Zac Brown Band will join previously announced performers Jason Aldean, The Band Perry and Carrie Underwood. One note, Eric Church has played the festival several times but this year mark’s his first year on the main stage. That has to be totally exciting for Eric.
Fans can stay in the loop by visiting CMAfest.com, the official website of CMA Music Festival, where they can sign up for the CMA Exclusive e-news, follow the CMA Facebook and Twitter feeds for more insider info, play games, and of course see the entire lineup of Country Music's biggest stars as they are announced for the event. If you’ve been thinking about going to the festival, keep in mind hotels fill up fast so I wouldn’t wait too long to book your trip.
