Get Ready, Colder Air Moving To New York State
The summer heat and humidity will take a backseat to some cooler air this week! As the wildfire smoke fades, for now, the temperatures will dip a bit and give some parts of New York State an early glimpse of fall!
The summer of 2023 will go down as one of the hottest, if not the hottest, on record across the globe!
As we move in to mid week, the overnight temperatures will dip back to the 50's before another warm up with storms later in the week.
For some parts of New York State, the cooler air and storms will bring in the potential for more flooding in areas.
The fall weather can't come soon enough for those who are over the heat and humidity. The best weather is typically from September through Christmas day in New York State. Football season, pumpkins and hoodies are just a few of the things to look forward to after a couple months of air conditioning and sweating!
