ECHL Hockey Team Will Wear “Ugly Sweaters” In A Game

Ugly sweaters are about to become the next fashion craze. Mark my words.

Of course we jumped on the craze with our Ugly Sweaters In The Square party that's happening December 7, but now there's a hockey team that has decided to wear them in a game.

I mean, it does fit. Hockey jerseys were called sweaters long before they were called jerseys. So why wouldn't they take part in the ugly sweater craze on the ice?

According to CBSsports.com, the ECHL's Reading Royals will be sporting these beauties in a game on December 14 against the Elmira Jackals.
