According to WIVB, the Western Lakes Fire District says leaving hand sanitizer in your car during warm weather can be disastrous.

Most sanitizers are alcohol-based, which make them flammable.

That looks scary. Sometimes we leave random stuff in our car, I know I do, and don't think much of it. Just be extra careful though if you plan on traveling with hand sanitizer in your car.
