Flooding Takes Over Some Streets In The Southtowns

We have seen some heavy rain in Western New York today, but no one saw more of it than in the southern tier.

There are flood warnings in Allegany and southern Cattaraugus counties this morning and everywhere else, people are on watch.are on watch for the potential of flooding.
