WIVB-TV (channel 4) has moved it's transmission location.  If you want to continue watching it, you might have to take an extra step.

According to WIVB, they have moved their transmission location back to Colden, NY in order to maximize their coverage.  Part of that move means that they had to change their frequency.  So if you watch WIVB (channel 4) and WNLO (channel 23) on an antenna, you are going to have to do just one thing...

All you have to do is perform a channel scan on your TV or converter box.  That's it!

That should allow your TV to pick up the new frequency and reset it in its memory.

The good news is that if you watch WIVB through a satellite provider or a cable company, you won't have to do anything at all.

The change was expected to take place earlier in the week so if you can still see them...you're good!
