Have you ever walked into a room and forgot what you were going in there for? Maybe you're not remembering if you replied to that email at work? It sounds like you could use a little boost in your memory. There is a new study out that says walking as little as 10 minutes a day could help boost your memory!

According to a study from the University of California, a quick 10 minutes worth of activity can "boost brain connectivity and help the brain to distinguish between similar memories." Walking and even yoga can help with your health, even if in small increments. They had volunteers look at images and then try to remember them later. Basically, those who exercised were better at remembering the images than those who hadn't exercised.

It's recommended that you should be doing 150 minutes of exercise per week, so breaking that down to smaller amounts of time could make it breeze by. This is why lunch is a perfect time. You'll be getting fresh air and taking a break from whatever you've been staring at or doing for the morning. It can give you the 10 minutes you need and a fresh start to the second half of your day!
