No one likes to talk about it, but justice is bought and sold every day in this country. People with wealth and fame have a far less chance of going to jail if convicted of a major crime.

Deliberations got underway earlier today in the trial of Dr. James Corsanti of Amherst who is accused of driving drunk and killing 18 year old Alexandria Mae Rice. Dr. Corasanti's legal team has tried every legal manuver in the book to either get the case thrown out or to have the charges reduced. Now it is up to the jury to decide Dr. Corasanti's fate.

My personal feeling is that even if he is convicted of the charges against him, I seriously doubt he will see any jail time. I want to get your feelings on this subject.
