The concert that you've been going to for years had a huge announcement to make today, and fans aren't happy about it at all.

They call it the "Ultimate Country Music Experience."  But this year, people are going to have to find other outlets as they will be taking a break in 2019 to reevaluate the site.

The announcement essentially was that Jamboree In The Hills will not be happening this year:

"Jamboree in the Hills will be on hiatus for 2019 while we consider options regarding the future of the Belmont County, OH festival site.  We will provide an update when more details are available.  We are grateful for the community's support since the festival's inception."

After reading the comments, it could be said that people are less than thrilled with the idea of taking a summer off.

Jamboree in the Hills is a yearly 4 day music festival that takes place just outside Wheeling, West Virginia in eastern Ohio.  It's been going strong every summer since 1977.

People come from hundreds of miles away to see some of country music's greatest acts with current chart toppers and even some country legends.

They call it the "Ultimate Country Music Experience."  But this year, people are going to have to find other outlets as they will be taking a break in 2019 to reevaluate the site.
