The rumor that was circulating on Facebook said that the duo was going to be opening up a new restaurant in a hotel in downtown Buffalo. It would have been in the popular Hyatt hotel which has already previously housed a few well-known steakhouses in the area.

EB Green's was the legendary restaurant that had been there for decades before calling it quits right before COVID. Then, a new steakhouse named Johnny D's is currently in there now.

According to the Facebook post, the restaurant that Josh Allen and Dawson Knox were supposedly going to open is called 716 Prime. But, bad news--it seems to be just a made up rumor. Who knows why people do things like this. We called the Hyatt Hotel in downtown Buffalo and they said that the rumor was not true and that Josh Allen was not bringing a new steakhouse there. In fact, the receptionist even went on to say that Johnny D's just started in the Hyatt and it is still a newer restaurant.
