The Buffalo Bills are in town for their Spring OTAs (Organized Team Activities) and when they had some free time this week, they decided to do a little community outreach with some local kids.

The Buffalo Bills celebrated Community Outreach Day

They call it Community Outreach Day. It's become an offseason tradition for the Bills while they're in town for OTAs. While some teams prefer to host a single, large community event for this, the Bills prefer to divide and conquer. This year, they chose 8 lucky schools that received visits from Bills players during the school day. The players spoke with the kids, some had a parade, a field day, and some of them even played games with them.

Even the new head coach, Joe Brady, was there!

Josh Allen made some new fans today

While players were spread out all over Western New York, Josh Allen was making new fans too.

It took just a few minutes of his time, but these kids now have memories that will last their whole lives. They'll never forget the time that they were playing on the playground and looked up to see one of the NFL's best players there, ready to shake hands and play games with them.

It wasn't just Josh, either. There were tons of Bills out just having a ball with these kids.

The rest of the Bills' offseason schedule

The Bills will now resume their offseason workouts on Monday, June 1st through the 4th. Then, mandatory workouts will begin on June 9th through the 11th. That will be it before heading back to St. John Fisher College for training camp in late July.
