This might be one of the most painful videos to watch.

It wasn't an un-ordinary play. Louisville’s Kevin Ware, a 6-foot-2 sophomore guard, was just an off-the-ball defender lunging at a Duke player who was about to take a jump shot in the NCAA Midwest Regional Final game.

Ware broke his lower right leg in two places as he landed.

I sweating nervous for Ware as I watched it happen, and as the cameras scanned the crowd, everyone looked horrified and scared.

"It was very difficult to look at and watch,” said Louisville coach Rick Pitino. “But he’s a brave young man, because all he kept saying was, ‘Win the game.’"

Indeed, he didn't tear up like his coach or teammates did. I give Ware a lot of credit and hope he recovers as quickly as possible.
