There is good news for those who commute in the City of Buffalo!

Progress will be made on turning the streets back to a drive-able condition that doesn't destroy your car's suspension.

Crews will be out milling the pavement on Delaware Avenue between Church Street and Niagara Square.  Work will also begin on West Eagle Street between South Elmwood Avenue and Pearl Street.  There will be lane restrictions in those areas between nine a.m. and three p.m. today.

Road paving is expected to happen Saturday.

This is great news for those of us that take this route to work everyday. It has become a series of landmines that you have to try to weave around. I really hope that they can work on Main Street from downtown to the Canisius College area. It has become almost impossible to drive on.
