There is a massive, back to back concert that is about to take place in Western New York. Since the 1980's, no artist or group has done shows on consecutive days at Highmark Stadium and that is about to change.

As we wait to see what the weather will do, 60,000 fans are expected to flock to Orchard Park, New York to see Luke Combs and his "Growin' Up and Gettin' Old Tour". This will be the second stop on the tour for the country mega star.

With the two day event drawing that many people, local schools will be making a few tweaks to their dismissal schedule.

In an email from the Hamburg School District, it was noted that "Due to the Luke Combs concert on Friday, April 19 at Highmark Stadium, the district will release all students 20 minutes early. This plan was developed with the Orchard Park police chief and our transportation committee. Middle and high school dismissal will occur at 2 p.m. and elementary dismissal will occur at 2:40 p.m. Please contact the main office at your child’s school with any questions".

This show is going to be huge and there are some limited tickets left for the weekend. Saturday's show is mostly sold out. However, you might find a few two-day passes left for sale. As the forecast changes, there may be other tickets popping up for sale. When the show was first announced, most people had the same question; "are they sure they want to do an outdoor show in April"?
