Mayer Bros. in West Seneca Apologizes for Batch of Apple Pies
We're just over a week away from the start of September, which is not technically the start of fall, but for many people it's Labor Day that brings the official end of summer in Western New York.
Kids are back to school, the Buffalo Bills are back playing regular season games, and all the fun fall activities prepare to return in Western New York.
The Great Pumpkin Farm, Frightworld and Ellicottville Fall Fest are just some of the popular things that people in Buffalo do every year.

Another fun fall activity is going to the Mayer Bros. Cider Mill.
Mayer Bros. Cider Mill is located on Seneca Creek Road in West Seneca and every August to November, people go to but things like pies, donuts and of course, cider.
However, there's some dissatisfaction this month with some pies that were sold. Mayer Bros. posted on Facebook that they want to make it right with their customers.
Mayer Bros. Cider Mill said on Tuesday morning that they are aware and apologize for a recent bad batch of their apples pies, that did not meet their high expectation.
They are offering anyone who bought an apple pie from August 2nd to August 21st, and is dissatisfied with it, two options.
They can get their money back or they can replace it with another fresh pie or a dozen donuts.
Many of the comments refer to noticing a difference in their apple pies bought this month and are thanking Mayer Bros. Cider Mill with this above and beyond offer to make things right.
