NASA Announces They’re Coming to Western New York

NASA astronauts, scientists and more are coming to Western New York because this is one of the best places in the United States.

The Total Solar Eclipse is happening and will darken the entire Western New York sky next year. One of the best places to watch it will be at Niagara Falls Stats park and NASA is coming to Western New York to be there. While they are here, there will be presentations and demos of families to come watch in the days leading up to the Monday eclipse.

What time is the Total Solar Eclipse happen around Buffalo?

Just after 2 PM. It will last 4 minutes in complete totality The eclipse will be completely gone within 2 hours.

Niagara Falls is a spectacular natural backdrop for this once-in-a-lifetime event, and working with NASA to provide the programming and education leading up to the eclipse is sure to attract thousands of New Yorkers and visitors to the city. We are excited to be working with so many of our tourism partners to bring an electric energy throughout the area for this celestial wonder”, Governor Hochul said.

• The Aquarium of Niagara
• the New York Power Authority Power Vista
• the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute
• Niagara Falls State Park
