Brand New Rooftop Bar + Brewery Coming to Transit Road

A brand new rooftop bar and brewery are coming to Western New York and the plans are starting to be executed. If you are in Clarence, Amherst, Williamsville, or Northern Lancaster this will be a spot that you NEED to put on your radar. In fact, the location of the soon-to-be bar is already turning into a sweet spot.

In one location is the new, massive BFLO store, a Wonderhouse Coffee (the sweet coffee house known for their crazy waffle dishes), a wine bar, and now a rooftop bar and brewery on the way.

In the Transitown plaza on Transit Road at 4999 Transit Road (close to TJ Maxx and Home Depot), above the brand new BFLO store will be the rooftop bar. Now, the location is in a plaza so it doesn't seem to be the "coolest" spot to overlook but, nonetheless, it is a rooftop bar in Buffalo and we are here for it. I went to take a tour of the new BFLO store, which just relocated from the Eastern Hills Mall and some of the employees told me that the rooftop bar is trying to open "not this summer, but next summer". So, expect the bar go come sometime around 2024.

The Buffalo weather doesn't allow there to be TONS of rooftop hang-outs in Western New York, but here they all are Mangia in Orchard Park, Curtiss Hotel downtown, The Cove in Depew, Patrick's Rooftop Bar, Vue, Blackthorn, BarBill (the north one, of course, The Rooftop Bar at Nola, SoHo, Buffalo Proper and Tappo.
