According to a poster that we found in our office, the poster explains the "New York State HERO Act".

According to the New York State Department of Labor, the law says: "The NYS Health and Essential Rights Act (NY HERO ACT), which protects private sector employees against exposure and disease during a future airborne infectious disease outbreak".

Since the COVID pandemic, employers have found new ways to try to get employees back to the offices and some employees have been weary about doing so. IN an effort to help keep everyone safe when on the job, this poster MUST be visible for all who work in the office.
