Perry Center Fire Company President Charged With Murder
An investigation is underway in a small Wyoming County town. The current president of the Perry Center Fire Company has been charged with second degree murder after a man was killed on his property in Perry.
According to the report filed by The Daily News:
Deputies charged Joseph S. Mlyniec of 2468 State Route 246 Perry Road with second-degree murder at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday. Mlyniec was arraigned in front of acting Perry Justice Michael Mohun, who is a Wyoming County judge, and sent to the Wyoming County Jail without bail.
The investigation will continue and details about the murder are limited.
