If you've ever needed a good excuse to buy beer, this is it. This weekend, support the arts by buying a special brew that is only available for a limited time.

Chances are, you're going to want some beer for the long Memorial Day weekend anyway.  So why not support the arts with a special brew?

According to WIVB, the Buffalo History Museum will be holding a special pop-up event where you can get the Buffalo Brewing Company's 1862 Cream Ale.  It's only going to be available for a limited time but you'll be able to score some at this event on Saturday (5/29) from 11am - 1pm.  They'll be selling it while supplies last at their Main building.

A portion of every single 4 pack that gets sold will go to the Buffalo History Museum to help with every day operations and the continued preservation of artifacts.

This isn't the first time they've done this for the museum.  Last year, they offered the same beer to support the museum.

The Buffalo Brewing Company is right in the heart of Larkinville at 314 Myrtle Avenue in Buffalo. They're open Fridays and Saturdays from 1pm to 6pm.

We are all living through a very historic time right now as we make our way through a worldwide pandemic.  The Buffalo History Museum is chronicling stories that have to do with COVID-19,  How will it be remembered?  They want your stories.  They're looking for everything from written stories to artwork.  Click here to find out how you can participate.
