Popular WNY Rodeo Cowboy Headed To Finals In Vegas

The Nationals Finals Rodeo is about to begin in Las Vegas and there is a familiar name that will be part of the action over the next 10 days!
Daylon Swearingen has been competing in rodeo his entire life. His family owns and operate the Rawhide Rodeo Company which is the featured stock contractor at most of the rodeos around WNY every summer.
According to a recent report from Tuff Hedeman:

Qualifying in the #14 position on the NFR bull riding roster, Daylon (Day) Swearingen will leave his bareback rigging at home and compete as a left-handed bull rider from New York, now living in Georgia, during the 2019 National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas.

For those of us who love rodeo and try to get to as many local rodeos as we can, it is a real treat to see a "local guy" make it to the big show!
