According to the Zillow listing and reports from neighbors, the property is being sold by the Goodell family. The current asking price is more than $2 million.

That’s certainly a lot of money, but when you see the incredible views, waterfront location, and property itself, it’s easy to understand why a home like this could command such a price.

Often, when you tell someone you’re from New York, they immediately assume you’re talking about New York City. And while New York City is an incredible place with plenty to see and do, New York State is so much more than bright lights, busy streets, and skyscrapers.

Once you get outside the city, you’ll find some absolutely incredible places throughout the state. Western New York is a perfect example.

Chautauqua Lake is one of those places.
