Sabres Defenseman Matt Hunwick Expected To Miss Season

The Buffalo Sabres' blue line took a hit on Wednesday as general manager Jason Botterill announced that defenseman Matt Hunwick is expected to miss the entire 2019-2020 season, due to a neck injury.

Hunwick only played in 14 games last season for the blue and gold. His contract does expire at the end of the season, so his future with the Sabres is up in the air.
