Winter is here and of course, we all know what it does to our bodies.
We are inside more often, the heater is cranked up, the house is dry and when you do venture out chances are you are covered head to toe to stay warm.
One of the biggest things we see every year is the crud. You don't know where you got it from but one day you wake up and you are feeling like hot garbage. Your nose is either stuffed up or running like a leaky faucet. Your skin is itchy and dry and you either have a dry cough or a super wet cough.
Even during COVID-19 times, people have masks on, staying away from people the chances of you getting the crud is pretty good. It is something that we all know is coming each and every Winter and this year it will be no different.
