Winter feels like it lasts forever in Buffalo.  But once spring starts to show its face and that snow starts to melt, many homeowners begin to get a bit of an itch to fix up their houses a bit.

I'm not sure if it's because we can finally see the improvements that we have needed to make since last summer or if it's because we just get a touch of spring fever but that drive is definitely there.
