Woman Tries To Mail Pooch

A woman is in trouble with the law after she attempted to mail a small dog to Atlanta in a sealed box. She told the post office there was a toy robot in the box and to ignore any noise heard coming from the box.

Postal workers became suspicious after the box fell from a table it was sitting on. After opening the box postal workers found the dog and contact authorities.

The 39 year old Minneapolis woman was sited for misdemeanor animal cruelty charges and the dog was taken to the city animal shelter.

You don't have to be a dog owner to think this is a horrible story.

But since I do have a small puppy at home, this one really makes me sick. I guess there is no end to the stupid things people will do.
