Woman Sues Police Department After Embarrassing Strip Search [VIDEO]

A woman in Chicago who was nearly three times the legal limit was arrested for DUI. She was brought to the station, where was she patted down. Important note: By a woman, she was patted down. After she became uncooperative and after kicking officers, they carried the 33 year old to a different holding center, where she was than stripped out of her clothes.

The surveillance video of the night got to the public, and now the woman plans on suing the Chicago Police Department. Does she have good reason too? Or did she deserve it?
