YOU BE THE JUDGE: Man Gets Charged Twice For All-You-Can-Eat For Stealing in Buffalo

In Buffalo there was this one guy who was at an all-you-can eat buffet over the weekend. You pay one price and you can eat and drink as much as you want.

They do not have to-go boxes like most all-you-can eats, but one man who was with his female companion brought his own Tupperware. It was NOT a big container, but none the less he was taking home leftovers and when they were walking past the hostess stand, they were confronted.

The restaurant told them that was technically stealing and they had to pay for another 'all you can eat' and to not bring a container again. 

The duo said well, we paid for an all you can eat and there's no where stating they couldn't bring any home. 

The second buffet was paid for just to end the tabacle, but what do you think? Is that stealing? tacky?
