This week we salute Pat Sorbini. Pat was nominated by Jolene Baller. Jolene writes:

Pat Sorbini is my neighbor friend. She and I both bought our West Side homes around the same time. It wasn't such a great neighborhood until we bout into it 20 years ago. Now it's wonderful because of hard work with neighbors on 17th Street and Richmond. She was raised in Orchard Park but we both believed strongly in Buffalo's West Side.
Many years ago Pat retired from her county job getting help for women and children. She decided to follow her artistic dreams.
Pat makes the most beautiful, uplifting art and she has been accepted into juried shows from Allentown & Elmwood Art Festivals to Ithica, Chautauqua and Roycroft. She spreads hope everywhere she goes with her magical paper work. (SimpleSongsStudio.com)
When Pat goes on her excursions, I watch her furbabies, Quincy & Ollie. She helped me with my special needs son, Joseph. I have her home's keys and she has mine...in case of emergencies. She makes my world and all of WNY a better place. I'm proud to nominate Pat Sorbini for Salute to Seniors.

Each week, we highlight a senior who has enriched the lives of those in their Western New York community. Whether they are a friend or family, everyone knows a senior who has made a lasting, positive impact on their life.

Nominate that special senior in your life to tell their story. Individual seniors will be selected by Townsquare Media staff.
