Amherst To Get New Seafood Restaurant At Former Joe's Crab Shack

Storming Crab will be opening at the site of the former Joe's Crab Shack in Amherst.

The Buffalo News reports the new restaurant will open by the end of the month. "On offer are seafood boils – assortments of crab, shrimp, mussels and more – cooked in bags with seasoned butter. Plastic gloves and bibs are issued to diners," reports the News.

Joe's Crab Shack abruptly closed in August 2017. The building has been unoccupied since.
