Bad News For Americans Planning To Buy A Home

Just like the headline says.....There is potentially bad news for Americans who may be looking into purchasing a home.  Recent numbers from the Mortgage Bankers Association confirm that mortgage interest rates are on the rise and are moving at a fast pace.  Freddie Mac says that the..... average interest rate for a 30-year-fixed mortgage is still at 3.95%, but that's a little bit higher than last week's rate.
