Kids Can Now Feed the Giraffes for $150 at the Buffalo Zoo

How fun is this. You can now feed the animals at the Buffalo Zoo for a really cool experience that you can do with the whole family!

You can bring up to 8 people usually for one of these very special private encounters. There are different animals that are available to do the encounters with and sometimes they do change. Each encounter is $150 for the group and you have to book it out 7 days beforehand.

Right now here are the animals that you can can go have an encounter with (they sometimes change)

• giraffes
• sloth

Here is how you can buy the encounter for animals at the Buffalo Zoo:

• When you go to the Buffalo Zoo's website, click on 'Tickets'
• Click on the 'ENCOUNTERS'
• Then you will see all of the animals that are available to do a private encounter with

It is important to note that the encounter does not include the ticket to the Zoo and you have to have a ticket and purchase the encounter on TOP of buying the encounter. It is really cool the Buffalo Zoo is doing these now. If you go to some big zoos either Pittsburgh or Cleveland, they have experiences like this as well. When we were at the Buffalo Zoo last week, one of the workers said they just completed a renovation by the bison exhibit that backs up to Delaware Park and that it was done so that the there can be a bison encounter soon at the Buffalo Zoo.
