Buffalo's Lockhouse Distillery Releasing Cinnamon Flavored Gin

Looking for a new holiday drink to make your spirit bright? If you love cinnamon, it's time to go local!

Lockhouse distillery will soon be releasing a new cinnamon flavored gin! They can be found in the Cobblestone district…and if you’ve ever been through there, you know how prevalent the smell of cereal is. That was the inspiration for their new cinnamon flavored gin.

According to an article on Buffalo Rising.com, the goal was to “make a spirit that evoked your favorite cinnamon breakfast treat.” Think cinnamon toast crunch that fits in your glass…and is made of alcohol!

They’ve been developing the new spirit over the last year and will be releasing it at a special event next weekend. You'll be able to get your hands on it Friday, December, 21 at 8pm, at their distillery and bar space at 41 Columbia Street in Buffalo’s Historic Cobblestone District.

They'll have a live DJ, a special menu of Ginnamon-based cocktails, and plenty of drink and shot specials.
