Can You Tell Liz What The Bug Is She Just Found In Her House? [PICTURE]

So I found two of these bugs on the ceiling over my stairs last night and then one on the counter this morning... I have no clue what it is but I think I might have to burn my house down. Yes, we have a live Christmas tree in the house so that may be the cause. BUT WHAT IS IT? Will it bite? Is there a spray I can use? WHAT IS IT?!?!?!

Please help me! I don't want to burn the house down, but if I have too....
