We have tried all different flavors of wings here in Western New York.  We dress them up in a lot of ways.  But I've never seen or tried a wing with this one on it.

There is a new "seasoning" out today (9/1) that you might want to try that is going to make everything taste like a candy bar and according to Food And Wine, you really should try it on wings.

It's called Twix Shakers Seasoning Blend and it looks just like you'd expect.  It's a shaker of flavor that you can add to anything.  They suggest it might be best on things like ice cream and fruit, and milkshakes.  The description claims that it combines ""the bar's crunchy cookie, soft caramel and milk chocolate flavors to create the unmistakable essence of Twix that lovers of the chocolate bar can shake on just about any treat."

And yes...as mentioned earlier...Food and Wine claims that the creators are suggesting that you try it on your wings.

"One of our favorite recipes is Twix BBQ Sauce. The recipe, which includes ketchup, honey, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, chipotle sauce, and of course, Twix Shakers Seasoning Blend, is a bold play on a traditional mole sauce and ideal for chicken wings. I suggest adding an extra sprinkle of the seasoning before serving for that 'wow' effect." - Kristin Berlew, senior manager of PR for B&G Foods

While a lot of people like their wings to be hot, medium, or mild, we've tried a variety of sweet sauces on our wings.  I've tried loganberry wings, and they were really good.  Schunks in East Eden has a maple wing that is amazing.

But candy bars?

Someone is going to try it.  You know they are.  The question is, which restaurant will be brave enough to be first?
