ECC Football’s New Training Field Uses Old Turf From New Era Field

The ECC Kats play their home games right next to One Bills Drive (literally) and the college football team has a new training facility, according to WIVB.

The new facility was debuted on Tuesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. What's awesome is the turf inside the new training center is the old field turf from New Era Field.

Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz was on hand.

“It’s now a facility that rivals any other junior college,” Poloncarz said.
