7 Things You Still Need To Do Before Summer Comes To An End In Western New York

We seem to rush through every season these days. But if you're one of those people who like to squeeze out every last drop of summer before its gone, here are some things you might want to make sure you get done.

In the spring, we're already planning vacations. In the summer, we're already getting the kids ready to head back to school and looking for pumpkin spice drinks. When fall is here, we're getting ready for Christmas. When winter is here, we're all just wishing it wa summer again.

In some cases, you need that time to get ready. But right now, it's summer. It's time to enjoy everything that summer still has to offer. It flies by, so there might be some things you haven't gotten to yet. This can be a bit of a checklist for you. Before summer actually comes to an end, you might want to be sure to knock these things off your list.

5. The beaches are still open - Hit up Sole at Woodlawn Beach, Mickey Rats, or Sunset Bay.  Just don't miss another sunset.

6. Ice cream shops are still open - I'm not talking about the ones that are open all year long.  I'm talking about the ones that you wait all winter for.  They're still open now, so go take advantage of it.

7. The grills are still out - You haven't put your grill away have you?  There's still plenty of time to enjoy it!
