ESPN Suspends Announcer For Making A Derogartory Comment To Female Reporter

 Yet another no- no at ESPN.  Announcer Ron Franklin was pulled off the network’s coverage of the Fiesta Bowl after he made a derogatory remark to sideline reporter Jeanne Edwards in a pregame meeting.  Apparently he referred to her as “Sweet Baby” at the meeting.   The network should re-name itself the Guys Gone Wild network (GGWN).  This isn’t the first time has found itself in hot water,  Get full story at sports.yahoo.com
