Two arctic cold fronts are set to sweep across Western New York and will bring snow and dangerously cold temperatures across the region.
Snow will start to move back into the area late Friday morning, with bone-chilling cold expected late Friday night. Saturday looks like it will be the coldest day of the year so far in Western New York.
The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued an Extreme Cold Weather Warning for Western New York from late Friday night through Sunday morning.

Frostbite Could Be A Major Issue This Weekend In Western New York
The extreme cold could cause frostbite issues if you have to be outdoors.
Here are some symptoms of frostbite you should be aware of heading into this weekend.

If you have any of these symptoms, you should get indoors ASAP and contact your doctor or call 911.
Numbness.
Tingling sensations.
Skin discoloration in shades of red, white, blue, gray, purple, or brown.
Cold, hard, or waxy-looking skin.
Stiff joints or clumsiness.
Pain or burning sensations.
Blistering after rewarming.
So remember to bundle up and be aware if you are going to be outdoors.
