Garth Brooks Plays Lower Broadway in Nashville for First Time

While at the Country Radio Seminar last week February 5th, I was thrilled to be invited into a private show by Garth Brooks.  Garth played a show for a relatively small crowd at Layla's Nashville on lower Broadway.  Yep that happened, and the other surprising fact is Garth had never played lower Broadway during his 30 plus year career!

“Me and Mike (Palmer, his drummer) have not played this close together in 30 years,”

Garth's secret show lasted about 2 and half hours with about 200 folks watching inside the building and others peering in from the windows of lower Broadway who got wind that it was in fact Garth Brooks playing on lower Broadway!

Garth performed his hits by request all night and it was fantastic.
