The Buffalo Bills signed an international deal with Toronto in 2008 and started playing a couple games a year up there.  But fans complained that something was missing.

What was it?

Oh yeah...it was tailgating!

For Bills fans, a good majority of the fan experience revolves around tailgating.  For those of you who don't know what tailgating is, it's the party that happens before the game...sometimes during the game...and most of the time also it happens after the game.  It' s the parking lot party.

For quite some time it's been illegal to tailgate with alcohol in Ontario, but according to WIVB, that might change soon.

Ontario lawmakers will be voting to decide if they will make it legal to obtain special liquor permits for parking lots near sports complexes.

The permits would allow certain lots around sports arenas to be able to sell alcohol on their property.
